Tang Yu Teapot Mould
This ceramic casting mould is designed for producing ceramic items using liquid casting slip.
Content:
Tea pot: 1 x body mould, 1 x handle & spout mould, 1 x lid mould, 3 x rubber bands
Tea cup: 1 x mould, 1 x rubber band
Volume: Tea pot: approximately 300 ml (volume may decrease depending on variables such as the type of casting mud and the firing process). Bisque fired size as per photo.

Usage Instructions:
Fill the mould with liquid casting clay of appropriate consistency.
Allow the clay to reach the desired thickness, then discharge the excess liquid.
Leave the clay in the mold until it reaches a consistency firm enough for removal. This time will vary depending on mud type, weather conditions, and mold usage frequency.
Scrape the excess mud at the mould's opening using a retouching knife. Carefully remove the piece by hand.
Once the piece reaches leather hardness, you can perform retouching, lining, decoration, or other finishing processes.
 
Mould Care:
Clean the mould with a dry sponge after use.
Dry the mould outdoors or in the sun if possible. Avoid rapid drying methods, such as ovens or stoves, as they can reduce the mould's lifespan and quality.

Note: Inner mould dimensions are provided. Finished product size may vary depending on the type of casting mud, depth of retouching, and firing process.
